		<description>Hello Everybody,

The tracks that the Krauss locos ran on were 2 foot gauge, for example the North East Dundas Tramway and the Mount Farrell Tramway.

The O Scale 6-ton Krauss is now available from Inscale Models. Details on the website and from inscale@iinet.net.au . A full etched brass kit is available for 16.5mm track. A Ready to Run model is available for 12mm, 14mm or 16.5mm track.

		<description>G&#039;day Hank and David

Thanks for dropping by.

David after posting the archive photo it suddenly dawned on me that I do have a photo of a Burrinjuck Krause that I took myself. At one stage back in the late 70&#039;s it was plinthed outside the old NSW Rail Transport Museum&#039;s site in the No. 3 roundhouse at Enfield.

I&#039;ll have to find it a put it up.

		<description>Hello

The model Company, through Bergs Hobbies, Sydney produced a 0-4-0T Krauss, based on the Burrinjuck Tramway examples. Kit was whitemetal and brass, and retailed for $450AUD from memory.

Regards

		<description>G&#039;day Rainer

Thanks for stopping by. A number of Krause locomotives made it to Australia and worked all over the continent.

Other German manufacturers had their products out here too including Hagans, Henschel and Orenstein &amp; Koppel.

Unfortunately I can&#039;t help you with a price on the proposed kit - I think someone on the Ausnarrowgauge list did ask for a ballpark figure but none was forthcoming.

		<description>Good day to you,

it`s nice to find out, how far some of the German exports went, or how they were constructed all over the world after the Krauss patents.
Sure, I would be interested in a superstructure only, ´cause I am into On3. So I could not have use of the wheels and such.
Any chance of getting to know the price of such one?
Hopefully, you`ll get lots of orders for your fine idea.
Greetings from Germany,

Rainer.</description>
